Sarah and Dawn - Your Time Coaching
We work with people who know they want to make a change but are not sure where to start.
Sarah specialises in career coaching; supporting a big career change from ideas, applications and right through to the interview or accelerating a current career.
Dawn specialises in life coaching; helping you work out where your passions and priorities lie and developing a plan to move forward and make it happen. Dawn is also a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor running classes, one to one’s and bringing mindfulness and Yoga practise into the coaching sessions when appropriate.

We work with a broad range of people; men, women, entrepreneurs, apprentices, mid career changers, mums returning to work, business owners and retired – they all share one thing in common – they know they want to do more, create more…be more but they don’t know where to start. We provide accountability and a framework, we give support and a safe confidential space to work out ideas and develop a plan.
For those considering a career change or looking for promotion Sarah will work on understanding your skills base, writing a stand out CV, job searches and interview preparation. Packages are built depending on your needs and can be as simple as a CV refresh or as in depth as a 3 month programme. Sarah works face to face or via Skype/calls.
For those who are not sure which direction to go in – is it career or something else?… then Dawn can work with you over a slightly longer period to discover and understand your strengths, passions and goals. Then help develop the plan and most importantly stay with you as you get going. Packages are also built to suit the individual and can include a mix of face to face and Skype/calls.
We regularly run workshops where we share some of the tips and practises that have worked for us and our clients. It’s a great opportunity to meet us and get a taster for how we work if you are thinking about working with a coach so check our website for dates and locations near to you.
For those looking for Hatha Yoga, relaxation, mindfulness or meditation please contact Dawn for more information.

Vespucci Adventures - Bringing the adventures to you
gu27 3ep

Vespucci Adventures evolved from our passion for long distance walking and cycling. Day to day worries fall by the wayside, the spirit being freed by the shared experience and sense of challenge. We want to inspire a new generation to follow in our footsteps by giving you all you need to get out there and to put together your own adventure.

Amerigo Vespucci was a 16th century Italian explorer and cartographer. Less well known than some of his contemporaries, nonetheless he is credited with discovering “the Americas”. We would love our business to embody his sense of adventure, inspiration and love of maps and to share that with our customers. Hence Vespucci Adventures!

I have enjoyed teaching yoga in South West London to adults and children for nearly 30 years. My classes are drop in at Hamilton House in Balham and there are courses in Streatham. The first class is always free to try. In addition I run retreats in the UK and internationally and often combine them with hiking and tennis. Private retreats can also be organised for friends and family.

My style is Hatha Flow and the classes are fun, varied and can be adapted to all abilities and age groups, challenging those with more experience and adapting postures for those who are newer to yoga. Yoga complements other activities and is non competitive and suitable for everyone. There are also classes for older adults and those recovering from injury or illness and classes that are particularly well suited to men.
