Wildflower Meadow Maker

A wildflower meadow is a thing of great beauty and enormous interest. Did you know that in every 5 acres of meadow there is a tonne of insects? I can assess your site and recommend how to create a meadow for you, or arrange to do the work involved as well. We can do the same with management. Oh, and we can sell you the seed you'll need too.

Italian conversation courses in and around Somerset for all levels, Study holidays in Ravenna, Italy, Cookery lessons on Skype and in person. Online Italian magazine for language learners, Italian weekends in England, Translation.

I run language courses in coffee shops in and around Somerset. I teach through conversation as this builds confidence and helps to put students in realistic situations. Each group is treated according to its individual needs and the courses develop organically as a result.

In addition to these courses I offer a monthly online magazine which arrives straight in your inbox. So no paper wasted! The magazine covers a range of topics from grammar to cultural differences, jokes, art, sport, music and an up -to -date article from La Corriere Della Sera, one of Italy’s most important newspapers. This is great for anyone learning Italian and for Italian learners of all levels.

We run study holidays in the beautiful Byzantine city of Ravenna, on the East Coast of Northern Italy. Ravenna has an extraordinary history, sporting fourth century mosaics, Dante’s tomb and some wonderful architecture from the Byzantine period, as well as being only ten minutes by car from the sea!

If you suddenly need to cook for a dinner party or as a fun and different birthday gift, my Italian cookery lessons on Skype can be done in either Italian or English….I learnt from the best… from a real Italian ‘mamma’ .

If you fancy a weekend with a twist, bored with the usual city breaks” Spend an Italian weekend in England with a real Italian family. Learn to cook a traditional Italian dish and take a sewing lesson from a true Italian master seamstress or tailor, dine with the family and experience Italy in the UK!
